The Corporate Mafia

Aaj ka Goondaraj. Aaj Ka Corporate-Mafia Raj. Call it what you may. But the acts of IIPM seem like they want to trample the freedom of bloggers online.

Anyone who says anything will first be threatened and if that doesn’t work, then be sued. Another blogger receives a legal notice from IIPM’s legal department. For what? To simply show her support to Sabnis and Bansal.

This is simply a PR disaster for IIPM. Someone needs to take their heads out of their asses before taking the next step. The more they fight this the more it is gonna resist and slam back at them. Or perhaps their strategy is that people will get tired and bored and move on. If that truly is their strategy then it clearly looks a wrong one to use at this time.

To many, this is simply corporate mafia-zation. Bullying bloggers to shut up and take their blogs offline will do nothing but ensure the longetivity of this controversy. IIPM seems to be doing the exact opposite of what is supposed to be done to stop this raging fire as quickly as possible. Shutting up people’s freedom in the mafia lanes of Bombay or Bihar may work at times. Not online. Could someone at IIPM start to actually see where all this is heading and U-Turns the IIPM vehicle before it heads towards an unavoidable disaster of infamy. How anyone could want management advice from these kinds of thinkers, is what I find hard to understand.
